Good to know
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a bathroom for private use. The second bedroom in the front of the house has a queen sized bed and the back bedroom has 2 twin beds with a shared bathroom in the hallway. The living room, dining room and kitchen are completely open concept with direct access to the backyard from the living room sliding door. The garage is fully air conditioned with an entire game room including TV, dartboard, baseball board, ring toss and ping pong table. In the backyard, there is a screen lanai with a hot tub for 4, patio and fire pit.

Home is located on the West Coast of FL in the city of North Port which is South Sarasota County. The home nearby Publix, Walmart, Target and many restaurants. We are very close to the Atlanta Braves and Tampa Bay Rays Spring training facilities. The home is located on a very quiet family friendly neighborhood. North Port is conveniently located between Ft. Myers and Sarasota.
