This is an absolute gem. The house was amazing. The view from the back porch is something you are rarely able to find anywhere. Beds the perfect comfort. I honestly couldn't say anything that waan't amazing. The area was fantastic. Great shops and restaurants with what seems to be unlimited choices of activities in the area. We will book again. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home! 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at King Bear Cabin. The cabin was cozy, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature…perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views, especially at sunset. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The view was the highlight absolutely stunning from morning to night. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable! The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Amazing place, would definitely recommend group getaway. Amazing view, peaceful, quite accessible. Easy for cars to access. Whole the roads are well lite. Wouldn’t recommend night arrivals because of hills.

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of accommodations. This stay was a Christmas present to our children and grandchildren and they already want to know if we can go back next year. The home is immaculate, very nice interior, and has everything you could possibly need. The spacious kitchen had everything you would need and more than was expected. The views were spectacular. There was plenty to do for the little ones with lots of open space. We appreciated all the follow up and instructions for the house. An amazing place to stay.

If you're looking for a winter getaway, this is it! Our group went to celebrate a birthday and ended up looking at our calendars to schedule our next visit. The home is beautiful inside and out and has plenty to do, even in the cold - games, streaming services, fire pit, hot tub, basketball, pool, unbeatable views. The location was perfectly private, but close enough to town to have a birthday drink at a local brewery. Plus, the kitchen has nearly every piece of equipment needed (and more) to make fabulous group meals. Fried rice on the Blackstone was a smashing success for our group. The check-in/out process is so easy and straightforward. And the hosts went above and beyond when someone left an item at the house. Truly, every aspect of the trip was amazing. Hope to be back soon!

The board of directors for a nonprofit I volunteer with chose this location for a retreat to plan & vision cast for the future. We all absolutely LOVED the house. Quiet & peaceful surroundings just perfect for our weekend retreat. Modern & stylish furnishings & decor & everything was very clean. We hope to use this beautiful home again in the future. And now I even want my family to visit it. We truly enjoyed our weekend get away! And 5 ⭐️ to the hosts who answered within seconds when I messaged them with questions. Book it, you won’t regret it!!

I just want everybody to know if you’re looking for a place to stay in Panama City Beach and for a family of four this is the perfect spot. The beach is a walking distance restaurant gas station. Everything is so close and the place is so clean and one thing that I really like about it is that the AC works Perfectly fine. and you can set it up at the temperature desire. . I love it. And the host has excellent communication all I have to say I will return on my next vacation. Thank you so much.

The host was very attentive and made sure we were okay throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The highlight for us was definitely the billiard table, we played a lot and had so much fun. The place was cozy, clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would happily stay again!
