This home is located in The Downtown Historic District of Punta Gorda, where there is a combination of history, culture, art, amazing sunsets, and outdoor activities. Play pool and shuffleboard in the game room, or relax in the hot tub after a long day at the beach. The location is amazing because you can walk to the famous Icehouse Pub, or watch the sunset overlooking the yacht basin at TT's Tiki bar. You can walk to an escape room, playground, or museum on our block. You can go watch a Tampa Bay Rays game in the Spring, or do World Class Tarpon Fishing. Our home boats 2200+SF of space with a game room and hot tub. The private backyard is fenced in for your privacy. We also have a huge living room so you can relax by the electric fireplace or do your work from the dedicated workspace area with desk and chair.

The entire home is available for you to use. The second garage door in the game room has the cleaners closet and is the only door that is locked.

✈️ Getting Around Fat Point BnB is conveniently located near several airports, including Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, and Tampa International Airport (TPA). Uber and Lyft are available in the area, but we recommend renting a vehicle through Turo or a traditional rental car company if you plan to explore the surrounding beaches, parks, and attractions. One of the best features of this location is that many of downtown Punta Gorda's restaurants, shops, parks, and waterfront attractions are within walking or biking distance of the home. For your convenience, bicycles are available in the garage for guest use, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful waterfront paths and nearby destinations.
